eMAG Deschide Europa


Cei care doresc sa se inscrie in program trebuie sa indeplineasca urmatoarele criterii de eligibilitate si sa fie de acord cu termenii si conditiile valabile pe intreaga durata a acestuia:

- Activitatea trebuie sa se desfasoare in conformitate cu prevederile legale si fiscale ale statului european in care aceasta are loc;

- Se pot inscrie comercianti care produc orice fel de produse, cu exceptia celor de tip alimentar;

- Cifra de afaceri inregistrata in anul anterior nu trebuie sa depaseasca 110.000 EUR (sau echivalentul in moneda lor nationala);

- Productia trebuie sa aiba loc pe teritoriul statului membru al Uniunii Europene, cu respectarea tuturor prevederilor in vigoare ale statului respectiv;

- Produsele trebuie sa fie de serie (pot fi comercializate inclusiv produse handmade);

- Fiecare produs listat trebuie sa fie insotit de o descriere in limba romana si de documentele si garantiile prevazute de legislatia romaneasca in vigoare.


Iata care sunt documentele de care au nevoie partenerii care isi doresc sa se inscrie in programul eMAG Deschide Europa:

Pentru persoanele juridice si persoanele fizice autorizate:

- Certificatul de inregistrare de la Registrul Comertului;

- Memorandum/Statut de asociere;

- Codul unui de inregistrare fiscala, daca este cazul;

- Copie dupa actul de identitate al imputernicitului legal care reprezinta Seller-ul.


Pentru fundatii, asociatii, ONG-uri si alte entitati juridice:

- Actul constitutiv, daca este cazul;

- Statut/Certificat de inregistrare fiscala;

- Copie dupa actul de identitate al persoanei imputernicite pentru a reprezenta Seller-ul.


Dupa inregistrare, cererea va intra in proces de validare. Dupa ce este validat de unul dintre specialistii eMAG Marketplace, procesul de inregistrare in platforma va incepe, ulterior si listarea produselor. In acest moment Seller-ul va avea acces in sectiunea InfoCenter si in sectiunea "Ajutor" din cadrul platformei eMAG Marketplace, special create pentru parteneri, unde se afla o serie intreaga de tutoriale si articole care il vor ajuta pe parcursul intregului proces de listare.


Daca aveti nevoie de ajutor referitor la:

- Documentele necesare pentru a finaliza procesul de inscriere, va rugam sa ne scrieti la adresa deschideromania@emag.ro;

- Listarea produselor din punct de vedere tehnic, va rugam sa ne contactati in sectiunea "Mesagerie" din cadrul platformei eMAG Marketplace;

- Clarificarea stadiului in care se afla comenzile, cererile clientilor si plati, va rugam sa ne contactati la adresa marketplace.operational@emag.ro;

- Cresterea vanzarilor, echipa de Seller Performance va va ghida dupa ce ne contactati la adresa marketplace.performance@emag.ro.

eMAG launches a program “Opening Europe’s borders” sustaining small producers all over European Economic Area to promote and develop their business in Romania by listing their products in the eMAG Marketplace platform.

Joining the program implies cumulative fulfill of the following eligibility criteria both at the acceptance of the Terms and Conditions and throughout its duration:

- Seller carrying out its activity in a legal form registered in a Member State of the European Economic Area;

- Carrying out a non-food production activity (according to Section C - Manufacturing of the updated version of NACE Code);

- A turnover of no more than EUR 110,000 (or equivalent, in national currency) for the financial year preceding the integration into the program;

- Carrying out the activity and manufacturing the products on the territory of a Member State of the European European Economic, respecting all the requirements of the respective state;

- Producing serial products (large, medium or small series production, including handmade);

- The products shall contain a description in Romanian and be accompanied by all the documents and guarantees provided by the Romanian legislation in force.


Interested partners can find below the necessary documentation needed to apply to the program:

For legal entities and authorized natural persons:

- Registration certificate, including excerpt from Trade Register / Certificate of Incorporation;

- Memorandum / Articles of association;

- VAT registration number, if applicable;

- ID copy of the legal representative or of the person empowered to represent the Seller.


For foundation, associations without legal personality, non-profit organizations and other entities:

- Court establishment document, if applicable;

- Statute / Article of incorporation / Article of association;

- Certificate of registration;

- ID copy of the legal representative or of the person empowered to represent the Seller.


After finalizing the onboarding process, your request will enter into a validation process.

Once the validation process is finalized by one of eMAG Marketplace specialists, we can start the integration process with eMAG Marketplace platform and the publication of the products on the platform.

Therefore in this point access will be granted in eMAG Marketplace platform and in the InfoCenter area dedicated to Sellers, that contains a series of tutorials and articles that will help you along the process.
