The Replenishment suggestions FBE option
In your FBE account you have at your disposal the Replenishment suggestions FBE option, which will be useful every time you want to quickly create your stock replenishment proposals in the FBE warehouse.
The Replenishment suggestions FBE option is designed in the form of an .xls file in which you can find the analysis of the evolution of your products for sale in the last 30 days. For those that did not have sales in the last 30 days, we extended the analysis period to 90 days, then we reported the sales obtained during the time spent by these products in stock, in the warehouse.
Using this file will help you to:
✅ Simply and easily identify the products that will be out of stock soon.
✅You always know the recommended amount needed for the next 60 days.
✅You save time by quickly completing a reception request for the analyzed products.
Where do you find the Replenishment suggestions FBE option?
- Go to the Fulfillment-Reception section.
- Right below the filter area, you will find the Replenishment suggestions FBE button.
How to download the file with FBE Replenishment suggestions
- Press the Replenishment suggestions FBE button.
- Download the file called “automatic supply” to your computer.
- The downloaded file will also become accessible in the dynamic bar of your account dashboard.
- The file will download normally to your computer.
- Open the file and you will find our replenishment recommendations for the analyzed products.
How to use the Replenishment suggestions FBE file
- Depending on your availability for stock updates, you can either keep all the products for which we have performed the analysis, or remove those for which you do not want to restock for now.
- For those products you choose to replenish according to our recommendations, you must follow some simple steps:
- Create a new reception request from the Fulfillment- Reception section, by pressing the +Add a new request button.
- Copy the ID of the new request and insert it in column A – Reception number in the file with the replenishment suggestions.
- Save the file.
- Return to the Fulfillment – Reception section and upload your file to the platform, using the .XLS Upload option.
- Once uploaded, the file becomes a new reception request that will follow the flow of analysis and processing similar to the other reception requests from your FBE account.
Information you find in the Replenishment suggestions FBE file
The file contains three pages:
- Instructions – find the rules for completing the columns in the file with our suggestions (automatic supply page).
- Data definition – the information in each column of the file is explained to you.
- Automatic supply – contains information about the analyzed products and the recommended stock for their replenishment.
Replenishment suggestions analysis section
The results of the stock recommendations for the analyzed products are based on the information contained in the following columns of the file:
- Column H – Stock previous day (stock_previous_day) – represents your stock from the previous day (that is, the stock you have at the time of generating the file).
- Column I – Daily average sales (daily_average_sales) – represents the average daily sales of the products included in this file.
- Column J – Replenishment period (replenishment_period) – represents the period of time when we recommend you to replenish the products (60days).
- Column K – Product performance (performance_type) – represents the customers’ interest in your product, the more sales the product has and the higher the conversion rate, the higher the level of the performance label.
- Column L – Number of days unti out of stock (stock_rotation) – represents the number of days until the stock will be exhausted based on average monthly sales.
