What is eMAG Courier Poland? 

eMAG Courier Poland is one of the most convenient ways to deliver your eMAG Marketplace orders from Poland to Romania, Hungary and Bulgaria. 

This logistic option, powered by eMAG, is available for non-oversized products and it can be accessed by eMAG Marketplace sellers that have a pick-up point in Poland.

Poland – Romania

  • Locker – 10 RON

  • Home Delivery – 790 HUF

Poland – Bulgaria

  • Locker – 4 BGN

How can you access eMAG Courier?

  • First, you must be an eMAG Marketplace seller with pick-up address in Poland with non-oversized products in your eMAG Marketplace Portfolio, to be eligible for this service.
  • In your eMAG Marketplace Account – Legal Documents section, you will see the eMAG Courier annex. 
  • After you sign the annex, the courier service will become active. 

Important!

  • After the eMAG Courier activation, eMAG will manage the deliveries for all your products (non-oversized) and will also set the standard delivery tax that clients will pay for both locker and home delivery.
    • Since eMAG is managing this service, you will not be able to set a delivery fee for locker and home delivery, and you will issue invoices only for the products, without the delivery fee.
    • The clients will receive a separate invoice for delivery from eMAG.
  • You are free to determine which courier company you work with to deliver your products, but once eMAG Courier is activated, the eMAG standard delivery tax will be applied for all your products and all your orders will be considered as managed by eMAG Courier. Even if you issue an AWB with another company, the order will be marked as handled by eMAG Courier and you will be invoiced for it.

How can you inactivate the eMAG Courier Service? 

If you want to disable the eMAG courier service, you can write to us in the Message Center, and we will deactivate it.

Q&A

What should I do after signing the annex?

Our recommendation is to prepare the operational aspects
– Set up your billing system not to invoice the transportation tax (which will be invoiced by eMAG to the Customers)
– Update the pickup address of the orders in My account – Profile – Addresses, if needed
– Establish together with the local agent the best pick-up time for your orders.

Is it possible to have 2 pick-up depots?

Yes, but you must set them both in My Account – Addresses as Pick-up Addresses

Who will pick-up my order?

The order will be picked up by an authorized courier on behalf of eMAG.

What should I do after the order is placed?

For all the eMAG Marketplace orders you will need to process and finalize them, issuing eMAG Courier AWBs from the platform. After the AWB is created, this info is sent to eMAG Courier and the courier will come to the pick-up point you set up in your addresses to pick up the orders.

How is the awb generated from the platform?

You can find all your orders in the Order Tab. After you start editing the order, you will have a – Generate AWB option.

How will the courier know that I have something to send?

After the AWB is generated, an automatic pick-up order will be sent to the courier

Can pallets be shipped?

No. The courier does not accept pallets, only bulk packages, properly packed for shipping

Will eMAG Courier also handle heavy products such as furniture, mattresses?

 The max dimensions accepted per package: 120/60/60 cm, under 31.5 kg

How fast will be pick-up the order?

The order will be picked up in the same day as the finalization date, in your working schedule and courier cut-off. If you generate AWBs after the working hours you set in the platform and after the courier cut-off, the courier will come to pick up the orders the next working day.

How long does it take for the order to be delivered?

The optimized transit time, after pick-up are: 24-48H Poland to Hungary, 48-72h Poland to Romania, 72-96h Poland to Bulgaria

What happens to undelivered orders?

The customer will be notified about the unpicked order and will have the possibility to extend the delivery deadline. If the extended deadline passes as well, the order is marked as back to sender and eMAG Courier will bring it back to you

What happens with undelivered packages due to the courier fault: loss, damage?

If you encounter issues with the parcels, such as lost or damaged packages, you can register a claim in the Messages Center – by using logistic & courier Category

What happens with return requests?

You will receive in your account a return request, and after it is processed, eMAG Courier will pick up the parcels from clients or from lockers and will deliver them back to you in Poland.

What are the accepted dimensions and the maximum allowed length?

The following maximum sizes and weights: a) 210 mm X 297 mm (A4 format) for envelopes maximum weight 3 kg; b) maximum weight 31.5 kg; (parcels); c) Max dimensions per package: 120/60/60 cm

How will I pay the shipping costs?

The costs of the transport will be retained by eMAG from Payouts and all the details will be in the invoice

What are the prices for returned parcels?

The return cost is free of charge

Will there be other additional costs (pick-up, handling, storage)?

No, the only cost is a fix fee charge by eMAG depending on the delivery method (locker or home delivery)

Can the eMAG Courier pick-up the parcels from all over Poland?

Yes, the courier covers all Poland

Is it possible to set a specific time when the courier arrives for pick-up?

The pick-up hour will be decided between seller and with first mile courier from Poland

How do I need to issue the invoices?

By using eMAG Courier, you will only issue invoices for the products. The clients will get a separate delivery invoice from eMAG

Can I set a delivery tax when using eMAG Courier?

No, the entire process is handled by eMAG. We are setting the standard delivery tax for all your products and receiving the amounts from the customers.

Can I use other couriers besides eMAG Courier?

Once eMAG Courier is activated, all your eMAG Marketplace orders with non-oversized products will be marked as handled by eMAG and you will be commissioned for all of them.
