Circulad’OR takes sellers’ environmental obligations all the way to the finish line: we report, document and defend compliance before the authorities. Since 12 August 2026, Regulation (EU) 2025/40 (PPWR) applies: if you sell packaged products in Romania without being established here, you need an authorised representative. We take on that role, for both EPR and conformity. We also handle ANPM, AFM and SGR-RetuRO reporting, environmental permits, waste audits and outsourced environmental officer services. For sellers with many packaging codes, Yvora PPWR Suite covers technical files, declarations of conformity and the EPR registry via import or API, with human consulting hours included. Over 150 companies already use Yvora.
