About
Reciclad’OR is a Romanian Producer Responsibility Organisation (OIREP) specialised in packaging, authorised by the Ministry of Environment since 2017, with over 1,300 partner companies and offices in Bucharest, Cluj-Napoca and Iași. If you place packaged products on the market, including through online sales, you have AFM reporting duties and packaging waste recovery obligations: we take them over on your behalf (transfer of responsibility). We also handle monthly AFM and annual ANPM reporting, SGR reporting, environmental permits, waste records, environmental audits and prevention plans, outsourced environmental officer services, collection and recycling, CO2 emissions calculation, and PPWR and CSRD workshops.
