The application is owned and administered by S.C. DANTE INTERNATIONAL S.A. (“EMAG”) Romanian legal entity, having its registered office in Bucharest, Soseaua Virtutii no. 148, sector 6, having serial number in the Trade Register J40 / 372 / 23.01.2002, unique fiscal registration code RO14399840.
By creating an account in this Application, you agree to these terms of use. Access to and use of the Application is subject to this Document and all applicable laws. By using this Application, you automatically accept the terms and conditions below.
The document applies to all Users and may contain links to other websites that are not the property of this Application. Dante International S.A. assumes no responsibility for the content and / or terms of use of any other website.
Access to the Application is free. The purpose of the Application is to allow marketplace partners (“Users”) to manage their business faster through their mobile device. Thus, Users will have the opportunity to access many features including, but not limited to, finalizing orders registered on the site and / or in the eMAG application, changing prices and stocks, listing and associating new products.
Content
The content, as defined in the preamble, including but not limited to logos, stylized representations, commercial symbols, still images, dynamic images, text and / or multimedia content presented in the Application, is the exclusive property of eMAG, being and reserved all rights obtained for this purpose directly or indirectly (through licenses for use and / or publication).
Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, publish, transfer to third parties, modify and / or otherwise alter, use, link to, display, include any Content in any context other than the original intended by eMAG include any Content outside the Application. The removal of the signs that signify the copyright of eMAG over the Content as well as the participation in the transfer, sale, distribution of some materials made by reproducing, modifying or displaying the Content, can be done only with the express written consent of eMAG.
The Content to which the User has and / or obtains access by any means, is subject to these Terms and Conditions, if the Content is not accompanied by a specific and valid user agreement
concluded between eMAG and it, and without any implied warranty or expressly formulated by eMAG with reference to that Content.
You may copy, transfer and / or use the Content only for personal or non-commercial purposes only if it does not conflict with the provisions of this Document.
If eMAG grants the User the right to use in the form described in a separate user agreement, a certain Content, to which the User has or obtains access as a result of this agreement. This right extends only to that, those contents defined in agreement, only during its existence, or these contents in the Application or the period defined in the agreement according to the defined conditions, if they exist and do not represent a contractual commitment from eMAG for the respective User. Or any other third party that has / obtains access to this content transferred, by any means and which could be or is harmed in any way as a result of this content, during or after the expiration of the user agreement.
Any use of the Content for purposes other than those expressly permitted by this Document or the accompanying use agreement, if any, is prohibited.
Protection of confidential data and information
The data obtained through the contact and newsletter subscription forms will not be the subject of any transaction between eMAG and other companies. eMAG reserves the right to use personal information contained in questionnaires or provided in any other way by customers for the purpose of organizing marketing activities, in strict accordance with the legal provisions on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal and free data circulation of this data. eMAG will maintain the confidentiality of this information and undertakes not to disclose it to third parties. Except with the express consent of customers or in cases where such communication would be strictly necessary for the award of prizes or other facilities to customers obtained as a result of their participation in various competitions, with a promotional character, or other promotional campaigns organized by eMAG. As well as in situations where it is obliged, according to the law, to disclose this information. Companies mandated by eMAG are not considered third parties.

Advertising and Promotions
eMAG may run advertising and / or promotional campaigns in any section of the Application at any time.
Responsibility:
eMAG will inform Users of any errors in the Application.
eMAG will not be liable in any way for any damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages related to loss of profits, disruption of business flows or loss of information) arising from the use or inability to use of the Application.
Jurisdiction
This Document is subject to Romanian law. Any disputes arising will be settled amicably or, if this is not possible, the disputes will be resolved by the competent Romanian courts in Bucharest.
The site is addressed to Users. By using this Application, you have become aware of and agree to the terms and conditions set forth on this page.
