In this tutorial you learn more about the main reasons of a return request`s rejection. All your returns are registered in the Returns menu of account on the eMAG Marketplace platform. To process a return request go to the Returns menu and select the Returns list. Find the new return and go to the Actions column next to it. Here, press the blue edit button to get into the Return details page to make all the actions needed for finalizing the return request.
