In this tutorial you will see how to process an order canceled by the customer. After the customer places an order, there is a possibility that he will change his mind and cancel it directly from the site. In this case, you will be notified in your seller account about the cancellation of the order. To cancel that order, access the Orders menu from the Dashboard.
