What are eMAG Marketplace campaigns?
They are promotional tools that allow you to attract customers’ attention to your best offers. Campaign participation can offer you:
- Extra visibility. Most campaigns benefit from promotion both on the eMAG website through Push messages, and externally through various channels, such as customer newsletters, TV, Radio, digital communication;
- Increased traffic on products. Products enrolled in eMAG campaigns receive the campaign label and are included in a dedicated microsite;
- Intensified sales. During campaigns, customers are much more interested in purchasing their favorite products at advantageous prices.
What are the types of campaigns and how are they displayed on the emag.ro website?
Campaigns running on the emag.ro website are of two types:
1. Price discount campaigns. In these campaigns you must offer a price reduction of min. 5% vs. CMMP (lowest price in the last 30 days) to be eligible for participation. Customers will see the product card with the initial price from which the reduction was made (crossed-out price) and the promotional price, with the discount applied. Products will be marked both with the campaign label and with the discount percentage.
2. Campaigns with voucher applied in the shopping cart. For these campaigns you must offer a discount voucher of min. 10% for the products you want to propose. Depending on the voucher campaign, customers will be able to apply the discount voucher if they add min. 2 products to the cart, of which at least one enrolled in the campaign, or if they meet the minimum value (which we communicate to you in the campaign calendar) of products added to the cart. They will see products marked with the voucher discount you set and will be able to activate the voucher after adding products to the shopping cart, and they will be marked with the campaign label. The discount applied through voucher is NOT taken into consideration when establishing CMMP 30 post-campaign.

How do you know which campaigns you can participate in?
Depending on the type of campaign in which you want to propose offers, it is necessary to respect the eligibility conditions for each campaign. We communicate monthly, in the Campaign Calendar that we send you through newsletter, all the eligibility conditions for campaigns that will take place in that month.
If you have eligible offers in a campaign, you can see them all in the Eligible tab, depending on the campaign you select.

How can you participate in eMAG campaigns?
To participate in campaigns that we run on the emag.ro website, it is necessary either to propose offers and apply discount/voucher directly from the campaigns interface (Promotion – Campaigns), or to complete and upload the dedicated campaign proposal file from the eMAG Marketplace platform.
