In this tutorial, we will present the Rating Seller section of the My Account menu, where you can see all the notes and reviews received from customers. The Seller Rating indicator measures the level of customer satisfaction with the operational processes during orders. Customers rate from 1 to 5 for the way orders are picked up, packaged and shipped. It also focuses on product quality also, how the seller interacts with customers.
