Periodically, eMAG supports discount vouchers for customers during promotional campaigns. These vouchers are applied directly by eMAG on eligible products from your portfolio, at no additional cost to you. You will receive the full amount corresponding to the selling price of the products, as the voucher discount is fully supported by eMAG.
This guide walks you through how to identify the offers and orders that benefit from this support.
How to identify offers with eMAG-supported vouchers
- Log in to your eMAG Marketplace account and go to the Campaigns section.
- Go to the “Joined” tab.
Here you will see the number of offers participating in each campaign — both those with a price discount and those with a discount voucher. Both offers enrolled by you and those supported by eMAG are counted.
You can access each voucher campaign to see the detailed product list.
eMAG-supported offers display the eMAG Voucher badge, and in the “Voucher Value” column you will see the voucher discount percentage offered by eMAG
- To more easily view all offers that benefit from eMAG vouchers, use the “eMAG-supported voucher” filter and select YES.
For short-duration voucher campaigns (Deal of the Day, Genius Deals, Electro Weekend), eMAG-supported vouchers are valid for the entire campaign period.
For the Multi Deals campaign, eMAG-offered vouchers have a limited validity period. To see the time window during which the discount vouchers are available, click the “Show intervals” button next to each offer.
How to identify orders that have an eMAG-offered voucher
- Go to the Orders list.
- Next to the desired order, click the “Edit” button.
- In the window that opens, you will see the line corresponding to the discount voucher granted for the product.
- Click the “Show Details” button. Here you will see whether the voucher applied by the customer is one granted by you or by eMAG.

The discount voucher offered by eMAG is applied to the product’s selling price at the time of purchase, provided customers meet the campaign conditions.
If you want to offer an additional voucher for products with an eMAG-supported voucher, you can enroll them, and the additional eMAG support will automatically apply on top of your own vouchers.
If you offer a discount voucher in the same period but in a different campaign from the one where eMAG grants a voucher, customers will see both voucher options and will be able to choose which one to apply to their order.Please note that vouchers from different campaigns cannot be combined. The badge displayed will always correspond to the campaign in which the offer was most recently activated.
You can also enroll these products in discount campaigns. The eMAG-offered voucher will apply to the already reduced price from the active discount campaign.
If you do not want eMAG to grant this voucher for your products, or if you want to support a different additional voucher value, you must notify us through Mira. Please note that request processing may take up to 24 hours on business days.
