What is eMAG SPN? 

eMAG Service Providers Network (SPN) includes service providers that can help eMAG Marketplace sellers with managing different areas of their business, in Romania, Bulgaria and Hungary.

Who can join? 

Any legal person or any other legal entity that carries out a registered activity with at least 6 months of activity, and that can provide for eMAG sellers at least one service type that is part of the available categories on eMAG SPN:

How to join eMAG SPN? 
  • Step 1: Download and fill in this form.
  • Step 2: Send an email to address spn@emag.ro: 
    • Recommended title for the email: eMAG SPN Collaboration [your company name] 
    • Please include the completed form in the email. 
    • Optionally, you can send a presentation of your company in PDF/power point/word format 
  • Step 3:  If you passed the selection process, the eMAG SPN team will contact you to provide the following: 
    • The document containing the Company’s Unique Identification Code 
    • Copy of the identity card of the legal representative of the company (it is mandatory to see the date of birth on the identity card, but other sensitive information can be hidden) 
  • Step 4: Sign the eMAG SPN Terms and Conditions

Are there any fees to join eMAG SPN? 

No, at this moment, the listing of the providers’ services in SPN is free. If fees are introduced in the future, we will notify the service providers in advance. 

What does eMAG expect from the Service Providers that join SPN? 
  • Respect the promises made to sellers regarding the services offered. 
  • Do not provide misleading guarantees or information in collaboration with eMAG Marketplace sellers. 
  • Never engage in deceptive, fraudulent, inappropriate, or offensive activities/behavior in relation to the sellers. This applies to all activities, including, but not limited to: 
    • Information provided in your account; 
    • Information provided in listings, content, or images; 
  • Communication between you and eMAG and between you and eMAG Marketplace sellers. 
  • Do not list services or conduct activities that could harm the sellers or jeopardize their selling privileges on the eMAG site. 
  • The name of your company used within eMAG SPN must accurately identify the company, not be misleading, and you must hold the rights to use it. The name cannot include trademarks or otherwise infringe any trademark or other intellectual property rights of any person. 
  • The service provider acknowledges that eMAG acts independently and will not participate in any negotiation, arrangement, or correspondence between sellers and service providers. eMAG will not be a party to any agreement or transaction that may be concluded by sellers and service providers as a result of establishing contact using the functionalities available on the Platform. The invoice provided by you to the sellers is independent of eMAG and should not reference eMAG either as a sales partner, client, or buyer. 
  • All email communications of the service provider with sellers must be polite, relevant, and appropriate. 
  • Properly handle and take care of the contact details of the sellers. Never share the contact information of eMAG Marketplace sellers with any third party without the seller’s consent. 
  • Do not misuse ratings, feedback, or reviews received. 
  • Use an appropriate description of the services provided. 
Information to Provide to eMAG After signing the SPN Terms and conditions 
  • Company Description: Provide a description of your company in the following languages: Romanian, English, Bulgarian, Hungarian, Polish, German, Greek, Chinese. The company description can have a maximum of 1000 characters, including spaces. 
    • If you are unable to provide the company description in all the necessary languages, we will use an AI tool to generate the descriptions in other languages. It is mandatory to receive the text in the source language from you, Romanian or English.

  • Company Logo: 500×500 px
  • Banner: 1200x200px.  
  • Photo Gallery: 3-4 photos, with a size limit of 2 MB each, 1920x1080px. 
  • Contact Information: Email address and phone number, which will be visible to eMAG Marketplace sellers for contact purposes. 
  • Website: The web address of your company. 
  • Type of Service: Specify the type of service you provide.
